Our engineers check all intruder alarm panel logs for any problems. They then check the back up panel and back up battery. If the intruder alarm battery is more than two years old, it is replaced (as recommended by the supplier). The servicing will change wireless device batteries on a yearly basis. The WLS maintenance team will also run a 100% walk test and test intruder alarm signalling from the ARC.
